JOY PHILBIN'S NOODLE PUDDING
1 pound broad wide noodles, uncooked
1 pound cottage cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
7 eggs, beaten
1 cup white raisins
1/4 pound (1/2 cup) butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
bread crumbs
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Mix the remaining ingredients together except crumbs. Stir in drained noodles. Place in a 9x12-inch Pyrex baking dish. Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
