Recipe(tried): How About Machine Shed

Never heard of Dixie Cafe..assuming its in the south but here is a recipe I live by for Chicken Fried Steak..This was posted back in August by Judy/AZ...hope you give it a try

6 cube steaks
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour, mixed with 2 tsp paprika

Dip steaks in eggs, then flour/paprika mixture. Repeat with eggs again. Put
into skillet and brown very slowly on both sides. When they are done, pour off some of the oil they were fried in and make milk gravy out of the drippings.
