Hi Cathy Sure smoked salmon freezes great. WE have a commercial fisherman in -law But i must say I am referring to hot smoked which is to what I always do . After smoking cool completely
vacuum seal if possible, or wrap in saran(single
pieces, dont stack)then wrap in foil. Freeze on tray overnight.Then you can put 4or5 pieces in a freezer bag & put in freezer. Jo
