Margarita Chicken

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup thawed, frozen limeade concentrate
2 tablespoons Triple Sec
1 to 2 tbl chopped cilantro
1 lrg or 2 sml cloves garlic -- minced
1 jalapeno pepper -- seeded and chopped
juice of 1 lime

Combine all ingred. in a zip-top bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hrs. Grill over med coals until juices run clear.
