Recipe(tried): I made David's New Orleans Style Eggplant! :)

Misc.

David posted this recipe June 14th. I made it last night. YUM! It was SO good! Now I can't wait until Iowa's eggplants and tomatoes are ready in the garden! I had to settle for store bought vegetables, but it was still good! I highly recommend his recipe! Thanks, David!!!
