Recipe: Instant Ice Cream (using frozen strawberries or raspberries) (food processor)
Desserts - FrozenINSTANT ICE CREAM
8 oz (225 g) frozen strawberries or raspberries
1/4 cup (40 g) icing sugar (powdered sugar)
3 1/2 oz (100 ml) heavy (whipping) cream, chilled
Place frozen fruit in food processor and process until finely chopped.
Add powdered sugar and process until mixed.
Add cream and process until soft and creamy.
Serve immediately with crisp biscuits (cookies) or in a meringue nest.
