Recipe: Italian-Style Panini

Sandwiches
Italian-Style Panini

1 onion, sliced thin
cream cheese
1 Italian roll
hot or mild peppers, chopped very fine
marinara sauce
basil leaves
Provolone cheese
Genoa salami
Cappacolla ham
Colby Jack cheese

Spread cream cheese on both sides of inside of bun. Combine peppers and marinara sauce. Layer pepper mixture, basil leaves, Provolone cheese, Genoa salami, Cappacolla ham and Colby Jack cheese on bottom bun.

Place top on bun and grill in Panini maker until cheese is melted.

Makes 4 sandwiches
