Recipe: Prego Italian Sausage and Peppers One Dish (using cooked rice)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
PREGO ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS ONE DISH

1 lb. sweet Italian pork sausage, casing removed
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
2 cups Prego Pasta Sauce (any flavor)
3 cups cooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage in skillet until browned.

Add green pepper and cook until sausage is done. Pour off fat.

Add pasta sauce and rice and heat through. Top with cheese.

Makes 4 servings
