Recipe(tried): Jacob's Chili Dawgs - Austex IS the best!!!!!
SandwichesMy 4 year old son and I both LOVE chili dawgs! So, we came up with a favorite of ours...Jacob's Chili Dawgs:
Hot Dogs
Buns
Austex Chili
Onion
Colby Longhorn Cheese
Monterey Jack Cheese
KFC Cole Slaw
Jalapenos (optional)
Cook the hot dogs
Steam the buns
Warm the Austex chili
Dice the onion
Grate the cheeses
Keep the cole slaw cool
Dice the jalapenos
Top hot dog and bun with chili and onion, then the cheese, and finally the cole slaw, jalapeno if you want.
