Recipe: Jake's Fudgey Brownies

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
JAKE'S FUDGEY BROWNIES

3 (1-ounce each) Hershey Unsweetened Baking Chocolate bars
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan.

Melt the Hershey unsweetened baking chocolate bars and butter in the microwave; use a bowl big enough to mix the batter. Remove, let cool for a few minutes and stir in the sugar, eggs, salt and flour, and semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla. Combine well.

Spread in the pan and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, until almost dry on the top and firm to the touch, (not too long). Cool and cut into squares.
