Recipe(tried): Jalapeno Cheese Squares (using bacon)

Breakfast and Brunch
I recently made this for my sister's bridal shower, and it was very well received. It's very easy and inexpensive, too!

JALAPENO CHEESE SQUARES

1 lb. bacon
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped jalapeno peppers (the pickled ones in a jar)
12 eggs, beaten

Spray Pam in a 9x11-inch casserole dish.

Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.

Chop and seed peppers and line bottom of dish. Sprinkle bacon evenly over peppers. Add shredded cheese. Beat eggs until fluffy and pour on top of cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Cut in squares and serve upside down while hot.
