JELL-O JIGGLERS TROPICAL PARFAITS
Use four different flavors of JELL-O to create these rainbow-colored parfaits.
4 cups boiling water, divided
4 packages (8-serving size each) or 8 packages (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Orange, Lemon, Lime and Cherry Flavor Gelatin
4 cups cold juice, divided
Stir 1 cup boiling water into each flavor gelatin in separate medium bowls at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir 1 cup cold juice into each bowl. (Do not odd cold water.)
Pour each flavor gelatin into separate 8- or 9-inch square pans. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. (Does not stick to finger when touched.)
Cut into 1-inch squares all the way through gelatin. Lift from pans. Layer alternating flavored gelatin cubes in individual parfait glasses.
Makes 8 servings
