Recipe: Strawberry Cream Squares (using jello, bananas, and pineapple)

STRAWBERRY CREAM SQUARES

2 packages (3 ounces each) strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen strawberries
1 (13 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 large bananas, finely diced
1 cup sour cream

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.

Add frozen strawberries. Stir until thawed.

Add crushed pineapple and bananas.

Pour 1/2 of the mixture into an 8x8-inch pan, chill to firm.

Spread sour cream on chilled jello. Pour reserved jello mixture over sour cream. Refrigerate to set.
