Misc.

Jessica - how about garlic bread? Cocktail sausages on sticks?
You could buy some Pepperidge Farm patty cases (vol au vents) and fill with a mixture of onion fried in butter, one can of tuna or salmon, drained, half a can of mushroom soup and half a cup of cream. Heat the mixture through, add salt (it's usually salty enough) and black pepper to taste. Put a spoonful in each patty case and bake until golden. I have served those umpteen times and everyone loves them.
Everyone likes bruschetta except you don't have to call it that.
Chop onion and tomato, add herbs and some chopped garlic, drizzle with a bit of olive oil, place on top of sliced French bread and bake in the oven for a bit.

Take pieces of smoked beef or ham, wrap around spears of asparagus (canned), spear with a tootpick if necessary and lay out on a platter.
Make mini pizzas with English muffins or sliced French bread: Spread with tomato sauce, top with grated cheese and maybe an olive on each and bake in the oven.
