Recipe: Won Ton Crispies

Appetizers and Snacks
WON TON CRISPIES

20 won-ton wrappers or 5 egg roll skins
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
grated Parmesan cheese
instant minced onion or any herb

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cut each wonton skin or egg roll wrapper into desired size. Arrange closely together, without overlapping, on baking sheet.

Brush with butter, sprinkle with cheese and/or herbs/onions.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 5-6 minutes or till golden. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
