HELP Picky Partygoers!

I am planning a party for the people I work woith and would like to serve appetizers and finger food (simple to make). The only thing is the people I work with are very simple eaters and do not like anything with "fancy ingredients" (their words)! If anyone has any recipes they can share, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
