Recipe: Jewish Meat Balls

JEWISH MEAT BALLS


2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs

SAUCE:
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 bottle chili sauce
1 bottle water
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix meat mixture together and form into bite size meat balls. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Mix together all ingredients of sauce in pot until cranberry sauce is melted. Pour over meat balls and bake uncovered for 2 hours at 350 degrees. May omit sauerkraut.
