John Pa's Hot Dog Sauce

2 pounds hamburger
1/2 tablespoon Thyme
1/2 tablespoon Cumin
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
Dash Cayenne Pepper
3 Cups water

Brown and stir hamburger until it is done. Add all
other ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.
