LOADED TATER SALAD
5 to 6 medium-size red potatoes
1 envelope buttermilk ranch dressing mix
2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese
1 bottle Real bacon bits
1 bunch green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Clean taters and boil with skins on, drain, chill.
Cube chilled potatoes and set aside.
Prepare ranch dressing according to package directions.
Add cheese, bacon, and onions to ranch dressing. Pour mixture over taters, mix well and chill.
Double recipe for a crowd.
