Recipe(tried): Johnny Carinas Cheese Tortellini (copycat recipe)

My husband and I love the Cheese Tortellini at Johnny Carina's. So over the holiday we decided to try and make it at home. OMG, my husband got it down to a T!! All it is is spaghetti sauce with alfredo sauce. I think the proportions are 2 to one. I am sure that the ratio will be different for all, so I might suggest that you make your spaghetti sauce, then add alfredo a little at a time, til you get the correct color of the sauce, that is how we judged it. Now we never have to go out and eat again!!
