the only cold one i know of is Vichyssoise otherwise known as cold leek and Potato soup.

Vichyssoise
serves 6-8
3 cups peeled sliced potatoes
3 cups sliced white of leeks
1 1/2 quarts white stock, chicken stock or broth
salt to taste
1/2 -1 cup heavy cream
salt
white pepper
chilled soup bowls
2-3 tbsp minced chives

Directions
one :Simmer veggies in stock or broth 40-5o minutes or until tender.Puree the soup in blender ot through food mill, and then through fine seive
Two;Stir in the cream.Season to taste.oversalting as salt loses savor in a cold dish.chill.Serve in chilled bowls with some minced chives
