Recipe(tried): Just Enough Apple Oatmeal Muffins (makes 3-4 muffins)

APPLE OATMEAL MUFFINS

1 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 packet apple cinnamon instant oatmeal
4 oz applesauce (1 single serving container)
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbs oil
cooking spray

TOOLS
muffin tin

PREHEAT 400 (205c)

mix milk, eggs, oil, sugar, applesauce, and instant oatmeal
Blend in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
stir batter until just moistened.
fill 3-4 greased muffin tins three-fourths full.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
