Recipe(tried): Just Enough Raisin Bran Muffins, Improved (makes 3-4 muffins)

[i know i posted this recipe before, but this one is much better, trust me. it's more muffiny]

RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS

3/4 cup flour
2 tbs sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbs oil
1 small box of bran cereal with raisins
or 1 tbls raisins & 3/4 cup bran flakes.
cooking spray

TOOLS
muffin tin

PREHEAT 400 (205c)

DIRECTIONS
mix milk, eggs, oil, raisin bran cereal.
blend in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
stir batter until just moistened.
fill 3-4 greased muffin tins three-fourths full.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
