Recipe: Kings Ranch Casserole

Kings Ranch Casserole

Cooked chicken, in pieces
1 can green chilis
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can RoTel tomatoes
1/2 can chicken broth
1 doz corn tortillas
1 chopped onion
2 c cheese
1 1/2 c mushrooms
=========================================================

Blend soups, chilis, tomatoes and broth. In greased casserole place soup
layer, then 1/2 tortillas, cut in pieces,then 1/2 chicken, 1/2 onion, 1/2
cheese and 1/2 sauce. Repeat. Bake 350 for 1 hr.
