Recipe(tried): Tater Tot Casserole (with ground beef)

Main Dishes - Casseroles
My son really likes this one...

TaterTot Casserole

2 lbs ground beef (uncooked)
2 cans (10 3/4 oz) cream of soup (mushroom or celery)
1 pkg (2 cup size)shredded cheese, cheddar or colby jack
1 pkg frozen tater tots

In a 9x13-inch baking dish, crumble the ground beef onto the bottom of the baking dish.

Whisk together the cans of soup, adding milk or sour cream, if needed*, to bring to a pourable consistency. Pour the soup over the top of the ground beef.

Top the soup with the shredded cheese.

Sprinkle the frozen tater tots over top of the cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving.

*I usually add worchestshire sauce or tabasco sauce to the soup mixture. You kind of know how much flavor you can add or what your family will tolerate.
