AMISH HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE
4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
1 medium onion, grated
1 cup diced baked ham
1 cup milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
8 tbsp margarine, melted
2 heaping tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine ingredients; spoon into well greased 8x12-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until browned.
