Recipe: Kohlrabi Used for Sauerkraut

The best saurkraut I've ever had was made with Kohlrabi instead of cabbage. You replace the cabbage with kohlrabi and ferment as with cabbage and then can. Use your favorite saurkraut recipe but just use kohlrabe. Try it you'll like it!!!!
