Recipe: Kool-Rhubarb Salad

KOOL-RHUBARB SALAD

4 cups cup-up fresh rhubarb

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 envelope strawberry soft drink powder

1 cup water

3 3-oz. pkgs. strawberry gelatin

2 cups boiling water

1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries

1 cup minced celery

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Combine rhubarb, sugar, soft drink powder and 1 cup water;
bring to full rolling boil. Remove from heat; cover and let
stand until cool. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add berries;
stir until thawed. Fold in rhubarb mixture, celery and walnuts.
Turn into 9 x 13" pan; chill until set. Cut in squares; serve on
greens. YIELD: 12 servings.

Enjoy! Cause you really can't taste the rhubarb!
