Recipe: Lemony Shrimp Spread (RealLemon, 1982)

LEMONY SHRIMP SPREAD

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup RealLemon Juice from Concentrate
1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 to 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Melba rounds (for serving)

In medium mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in ReaLemon.

Stir in shrimp, onion, horseradish and pepper. Chill to blend flavors:

Serve on Melba rounds; garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes 2 cups
