Captain's Steak Joynt Beer Cheese Fondue (copycat recipe)

Appetizers and Snacks
In response to the long asked question of the Milwaukee Area Captain's Steak Joynt Cheese Fondue and toast recipe, it is as follows, with a few possible missing elements.

Velveeta cheese, slow melted in either a fondue or crock pot.

A Lager beer, or an Irish Stout beer (one half bottle to one large container Velveeta).

Slow cook on LOW and stir often.

The bread, is either a rye, with a lot of butter, baked crisp, or a melba toast done the same way.

I have read about this type of recipe, and it has been made in dutch ovens in a European traditional style. I hope it turns out!
