Recipe(tried): Lime Jello with Cottage Cheese

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
LIME JELLO WITH COTTAGE CHEESE

1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
water
1 (3 oz) box lime jello
1 (3 oz) box lemon jello
1 cup whipped heavy cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) container cottage cheese
1 cup chopped walnuts (plus extra walnuts for top)

Add water to pineapple liquid to make 1 cup and heat to boiling.

Place lime and lemon jello powder in a large bowl. Add boiling liquid and stir to dissolve.

Add the heavy whipping cream and mix. Then add the mayonnaise and mix until smooth (I use a whisk). Stir in the pineapple and cottage cheese. Mix in the walnuts.

Pour in a square casserole dish (brownie size), add the extra walnuts to the top and refrigerate until firm.
