Recipe: Lime Jello with Cream Cheese and Pineapple (4 recipes)

Erie, Here are four different versions of the lime jello/cream cheese recipe.

LIME JELLO CREAM CHEESE SALAD

1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 can #2 crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Thoroughly blend cream cheese and Jello. Add boiling water. Stir until cheese mixture is completely melted. Chill until cool. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Chill again until firm. Serve on beds of lettuce or in a cantaloupe.

LIME JELLO CREAM CHEESE SALAD

1 pkg lime jello
1 cup milk
16 marshmallows
3 oz cream cheese
can of pineapple 15 OZ

Melt the marshmallows in heated milk. Add the Jello and stir until dissolved. Then add the cream cheese (cut up in small pieces and at room temperature. Once all is as smooth as you can get it, add the undrained pineapple and walnuts if you wish. Pour into a bowl and chill

7 Up Salad

1 sm pkg lime jello
13 oz pkg cream cheese
6 oz 7up
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 tbsp hot water
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Heat 7up and pour over jello, Mix cheese with hot water until soft and add remaining ingr. Chill until jelled.

LIME JELLO WITH PINEAPPLE, CREAM CHEESE, DREAM WHIP

1 package 3 oz lime jello
1 large can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package Dream Whip
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Use pineapple juice as part of liquid needed to dissolve Jello. Let set awhile. Combine cream cheese with lemon juice. Fold the cream cheese and Dream Whip into Jello. Add pineapple and walnuts. Chill.
