ISO: jello mold using cream cheese, lime jello, and crushed pineapple

I am looking for a recipe for a jello mold that I made in the past. This recipe had lime jello, cream cheese and crushed pineapple. There were other ingredients but I am not sure what else or what proportions. Please help! Thank you and Merry Christmas.
