Recipe(tried): Fruited Rainbow Salad - another nectarine recipe for Heather

This is really good, but the blueberries will turn leftovers blue after about 24 hours in the fridge. They still taste great though!

FRUITED RAINBOW SALAD

1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups green grapes
1 (15oz) can mandarin oranges
1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced nectarines (i used canned ones)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Drain pineapple reserving 1/4 cup juice.

In a large bowl combine all fruit.

In a small bowl combine juices, honey, and nutmeg. Pour over fruit.

Chill several hours.
