Recipe(tried): Linda- crab cake sauce

I use this sauce for pan fried fish and salmon croquettes. Hope you like it.

In skillt melt 3 T. butter
saute 3 T. minced shallots ( white & green)
add 1/4 c. dry white wine-reduce until just bubbles remain
lower heat whisk in- 4 T. lemon or lime juice
2 T. dijon mustard
1-2 tsp. prepared hoeseradish ( taste- add according to your taste!)
salt/pepper
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. heavy cream
