The chef at Houston's on the plaza told me the ingredients were: Soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic and ginger. He also said that the ribeyes MUST be marinated for 72 hours first. The length of the marinade is critical. I have always struggled to find the carmelization the steaks have.. It is as if there is some brown sugar in the recipe also?
