Recipe: Low Cal Lunch (using cottage cheese and jello)

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
LOW CAL LUNCH

1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) box sugar free Jello, lemon or orange flavored
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
Sliced fruit (for serving)

Combine Jello and 1 cup hot water in blender. Add 1 cup cold water and mix. Add cottage cheese and blend 1 minute.

Pour into 4 serving dishes and chill until set.

Serve with fruit for breakfast or lunch.
