CAPPUCCINO STICKY BUNS
1/2 cup maple-flavored syrup
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine
1 envelope instant cappuccino mix, any flavor
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (7 1/2-ounce) can refrigerator biscuits
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Stir the syrup and butter in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture just to a boil over medium heat. Stir in the cappuccino mix. Reduce the heat to low; cook and stir about 1 minute.
Pour the mixture into an 8-inch round cake or pie pan; sprinkle with the pecans. Arrange the biscuits in the pan.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Invert onto a platter and serve immediately.
Makes 10 buns
