Recipe(tried): Low Fat Hash Browns

these are virtually fat-free, and they aren't "crusty" like fried hashbrowns.

Low-Fat Hashbrowns:
6-8 Large potatoes, grated
1-2 egg whites
Salt & Pepper to taste

Spray Large frying pan with Pam cooking spray. In large bowl, grate potatoes. Put 1-2 egg whites in and stir them really well to coat. Place the potatoes into the frying pan, and cook as you normally would for hashbrowns (til light golden brown color and they look cooked).
