Recipe: Low Sodium Cooking Ideas

Especially for you, Mrs. Gasperson, I have high blood pressure. I have no-Sodium frozen O. J. concentrate for bkfst. I know what to eat for low-Sodium porridge, but just have not taken the time to cook it thoroughly: whole grain teff; and oat bran, the latter for my heart and arteries. The other day, for lunch, I had Talapia wth Mrs. Dash's Lemon Pepper seasoning. Mmm. Regular Mrs. Dash contains everything BUT salt. Garlic powder for your meat, NOT garlic salt. I used to salt my tomato slices. No need, they're sweet. I have developed a liking for green beans that haven't seen a crystal of salt!
