BLUEBERRY TORTE
FOR THE CRUST:
18 crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar, divided use
FOR THE FILLING:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 beaten eggs
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar for crust. Pack well in bottom of a 7x11-inch pan; set aside.
Mix together cream cheese, beaten eggs and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Pour into crust in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
Spread blueberry pie filling on cooled torte and chill.
