Recipe: Macaroni Shrimp Salad (using crushed pineapple)

MACARONI SHRIMP SALAD

3 cups uncooked macaroni
1 tablespoon oil
1 pound cooked shrimp, cut into pieces
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and toss with 1 tablespoon oil. Combine with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 8 servings
