Recipe: Magic Chews, Coconut Corn Flake Cookies, and Peanut Choco-Nut Fudge (using peanut butter, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk)

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup crushed potato chips
2 cups coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet.
Combine condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in potato chips and coconut. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepare cookie sheet(s).
Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen
COCONUT CORN FLAKE COOKIES
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups corn flakes
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet.
Beat milk and peanut butter together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet(s).
Bake about 12 minutes.
MICROWAVE PEANUT CHOCO-NUT FUDGE
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Microwave (2/3 power) chocolate chips for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir until melted.
Add condensed milk and peanut butter; blend.
Microwave (2/3 power) for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into 12x9-inch buttered dish.
Cool before cutting.
