Recipe(tried): Maple Syrup Chicken

Maple Syrup Chicken

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken, about 3 1/2 lbs
1/2 tsp lemon rind
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup margarine melted
1/2 cup maple syrup
salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions:

Place cut up chicken in baking pan. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes at 400 degrees until done. Baste frequently. Serves 4
