Recipe(tried): Fantastic Maple syrup Pie :)

Misc.
Hi Mariangela, I have just bee introduced to Maple Syrup over the past year or so from new family we met in Quebec. It is fantastic. My favorite treat to use it for is Maple Syrup Pie/ I have the recipe in the archives if you go to search and list Maple Syrup Pie you will find my listing of November 1998 I think it is about the 3rd one down. It is wonderful. I use crushed almonds in the filling. Don't forget to top it with whipped cream. Fantastic. We enjoy maple syrup on crepes as well and it is also good on vanilla icecream with walnuts. Hope you enjoy it. It is a special treat for us. If you try the pie let me know how you enjoy it. It has become our favorite. Enjoy!
