1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (4.5 oz.) jar Green Giant Whole Mushrooms, drained*

In non-metal container, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, onion and garlic. Add mushrooms; marinate several hours or until serving time.

Serve with toothpicks.

*If desired, 1 lb. fresh mushrooms can be substituted. Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth or brush. Cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes; drain. Continue as directed above.
