Recipe: Mashed Potatoes For a Crowd

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes For A Crowd
Good for family get togethers.

10 lbs. potatoes, cooked, mashed
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
paprika (if desired)

Combine potatoes, sour cream, and cream cheese. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake pour melted butter over the potatoes and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Sprinkle on paprika, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees till heated thru. Recipe may be halved.
