I found this on another message board a long time ago, unfortunately I did not get the name of the poster. I haven't made them, so I don't know how close it is. Sounds good though, hope it's what you're looking for.

McDonald's Hotcakes
Into blender, put
2/3 cup 7-up,
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1-1/2 cups Bisquick.
Blend on high speed a few seconds until smooth. Let stand 10 minutes before using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on hot, oiled griddle, browning each side. Makes 8-10 pancakes.
