Recipe: Meat / chicken filling for blintzes

Main Dishes - Assorted
This is from an old cookbook of mine, one of my favourites, and in it's typical style it is a pretty basic recipe:

Cooked chicken or other meat
Onion
Seasoning
Chicken fat

Mince meat with fried onion. Add seasoning and chicken fat

I would guess from there, you could go crazy!
