Recipe: Ravioli with Sausage and Peppers (using frozen ravioli) (crock pot)

RAVIOLI WITH SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

1/2 of a 25-ounce package frozen cheese-filled ravioli
2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry*
1 (26 ounce) jar chunky spaghetti sauce
8 ounce smoked sausage, sliced
1 ounce shredded fresh parmesan cheese (1/4 cup) (for serving)

In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well.

Cover; cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.

Sprinkle individual servings with cheese.

*Two cups of fresh vegetables can be used in place of the frozen mixture. Slice sweet bell peppers and cut an onion into wedges.

Makes 4 servings (1 1/2 cups each)
